Marco and his team completely transformed our 1970s kitchen into a modern, open-concept space. The project came in exactly on budget and finished two days early. Marco was on-site every single day, communicated proactively, and his attention to detail is extraordinary. The tile work around the island is a true work of art. We've already referred three neighbours to Ferretti Build Group.

We hired Marco to finish our basement as a legal second suite for rental income. The process was smooth from start to finish — he handled all permits, inspections, and sub-trades. The finished product is stunning: engineered hardwood throughout, a full bathroom with heated floors, and a modern kitchenette. Passed all city inspections on the first attempt. 10/10 would hire again.

Our ensuite bathroom is now the highlight of our home. Marco sourced the Italian marble tiles, installed the frameless glass shower, and the heated floors are heaven on winter mornings. He was respectful of our home throughout, covered all the floors with protection, and cleaned up thoroughly each day. The quote was detailed and there were zero surprise costs.

We hired Marco for a significant rear addition — roughly 600 sqft. Overall, the quality of work is excellent and the structural detail is impeccable. The project ran about two weeks over schedule due to permit delays with the city (not within Marco's control). Communication was always strong and he kept us informed throughout. Would recommend for complex projects where quality matters most.

Marco took our dark, closed-off kitchen and opened it up to the living room by removing a load-bearing wall. The structural engineering was done properly with permits, and the finished result is breathtaking. We also did new quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, and pot-filler above the range. Every trade he brought in was professional and skilled. This is the second project we've done with Marco and it won't be the last.
